Product and Service Orders
By purchasing a product or service from My Buddy Grad, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, card expiry date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
All payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by My Buddy Gard or any outside party. All transactions are performed using state of the art SSL Certificates.
Devices damaged, torn or broken by the user are not covered under warranty. Broken and cracked LCD screens are not covered under warranty and cannot be repaired. Straps, buckles and latches broken during normal use are not covered under warranty.
My Buddy Gard offers a 12 to 36 month(s) manufacturers warranty, depending on the service chosen. We warrant that the product will be without defects in material and/or workmanship under its normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. Devices sold by Buddy Partners are covered for 36 months from the date of delivery.
All repair work covered by this warranty must be carried out by the My Buddy Gard or other such warranty repair facilities as allocated by My Buddy Gard. And defect corrected within 12 months and found to be within the scope of the warranty will be repaired by My Buddy Gard and all the charges for labor and materials will be paid by My Buddy Gard.
If it is determined that either no fault exists or the damage to repair was caused by users negligence, the customer will be notified and given the choice on whether to proceed with the repair.
Refund & Returns Policy for Merchandise purchased
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of any merchandise purchased from our website we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Details of the policy and the 3 easy steps for securing a refund can be found on our website HERE.
Please note, the first months SIM data plan which includes set up and activation of the account is non-refundable, as is the postage and any additional accessories.
Our refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging. All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post, Platinum Express Post or Courier. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. My Buddy Gard will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
