Refund policy:


Within 30 days of products delivered to your home, or of purchase at our store, you may return your items for a refund minus the following fees.

  • If invoice was paid via EFT the refund fees are following – SIM card cancellation fees of $10 AUD if SIM card was purchased from My Buddy Gard and 25 dollar cancellation fee.
  • If paid via credit card online or over the phone – SIM card cancellation fees of $10.00 AUD if SIM card was purchased from My Buddy Gard and following credit card fees

Shipping and Handling fee of 19.99 AUD will apply on returns.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges for changed mind.

    We cannot accept returns on special-orders & offers, items damaged or sale items.

    Billing cycle for Buddy Plan (Subscription) payments will be calculated from by the last day of each month. Any payments made prior to the last day of the month will be charged at full monthly rate. 


    For online purchases, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately. Full refund or replacement will be available in the instance of major faults/defects.
