CHANGE OF MIND / REFUND
Within 30 days of products delivered to your home, or of purchase at our store, you may return your items for a refund of the merchandise value
- If invoice was paid via EFT the refund fees are following – SIM card cancellation fees if SIM card was purchased from My Buddy Gard and 25 dollar cancellation fee.
- If paid via credit card online or over the phone – SIM card cancellation fees if SIM card was purchased from My Buddy Gard and following credit card fees
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges for changed mind.
We cannot accept returns on special-orders & offers, items damaged or sale items.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
For online purchases, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately. Full refund or replacement will be available in the instance of major faults/defects.
